The incentive will allow Lacks to build a new manufacturing plant and warehouse, which will make parts for the automotive and appliance industries. The MSF, with the support of The Right Place Inc. and Cascade Charter Township, approved the incentive today.
Jim Green, executive director of human resources at Lacks, attributes the company’s decision to stay in Michigan to the state’s business climate and availability of quality workers, according to a release.
