Based on the current pipeline of construction work for general contractor Triangle Associates, President Mitch Watt forecasts another five to eight years of growth. The company plans to grow through a variety of avenues, including an expanded workforce, equipment investment and potentially new service offerings.

"For 2016, the current positive economy and momentum within the construction industry will likely continue. As with recent previous years, the growth has continued to provide challenges nationally across the industry and specifically for trade contractors relating to necessary manpower, affecting schedule and costs. This will continue to trend until the market ramps up with significant new talent. Triangle has experienced strong growth over the last few years and plans significant, double-digit year-over-year revenue growth moving forward. Within the market, we see growth in our primary sectors of industrial, commercial, retail, education, multifamily housing and senior living. … The challenge today that wakes me up at 3 a.m. is finding the best and brightest to accomplish the work."
