Warner appoints partner to lead Muskegon office

Warner Norcross + Judd named a new executive partner.

The firm chose Robert Dubault to lead its Muskegon office, which focuses on business law, labor and employment law, tax law, employee benefits, environmental law, intellectual property, estate and trust planning, international law and real estate.

Dubault has more than two decades of legal experience. He specializes in labor and employment law and is a member of Warner’s aerospace and defense and government services, financial services and higher education industry groups.

He represents public and private sector employers in issues related to labor and employment matters, including drafting employment-related agreements and documents, avoiding and responding to employment discrimination issues, wage and hour compliance, workplace leave and disability discrimination laws, workplace harassment avoidance and investigations, union relations and collective bargaining.

The Muskegon native previously served as chair of Warner’s labor law group.

Dubault is a member of the Employers Association of West Michigan Board and Michigan Bankers Association Advisor to Human Resources Committee. He also is a member of the Muskegon Museum of Art Board.
