Adtegrity plans office move to New Holland development in Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS — Digital marketing and advertising firm Adtegrity Inc. announced today its plan to vacate its current headquarters at 38 Commerce Ave. SW and move to the growing Bridge Street corridor.

The Grand Rapids-based company plans to occupy all 20,000 square feet of office space on two floors above the New Holland Brewing Co. facility at 417 Bridge St. NW, according to a statement released by Rockford Construction Company Inc., the project’s developer and landlord.

“Our business demands that we stay ahead of trends,” Adtegrity President & CEO Scott Brew said in a statement. “Our culture is one of constant innovation, and this move reflects that.”

The company will also vacate secondary space it occupies at the Blue35 building at 35 Oakes St. SW, also managed by Rockford Construction.

Adtegrity will work with Rockford Construction and Grand Rapids-based architecture firm Lott3Metz Architecture LLC on the buildout of the multi-floor space, expected to be complete in June.

In addition to Adtegrity and New Holland, the development includes market rate apartments and ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

The move to Bridge Street makes for at least the second time that the approximately 40-employee company has sought to find new space. In 2015, Adtegrity sought to be the lead tenant in the proposed 12 Weston office development in Grand Rapids’ Heartside neighborhood.

The planned 12-story office tower never materialized, however, as developer Sibsco LLC was unable to attract other tenants, as MiBiz reported in 2016.
