GRAND RAPIDS — Promotional Impact Inc. and its sister company Green Giftz will soon have a new headquarters.

The Grand Rapids-based dealers of “earth-friendly” promotional products have acquired a vacant 6,000-square-foot building at 532 Ottawa Ave. NW in the city’s Monroe North District, according to a statement.

The company had outgrown its 2,000-square-foot space at the nearby Brass Works Building on North Monroe Avenue, the statement said. The building is currently undergoing renovations and the company hopes to be in place by the end of the year.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The buyers were represented by Joe Rizqallah, a broker with the Grand Rapids office of commercial brokerage Signature Associates.

The sellers — Tom Korest and Peter Mason of 532 Ottawa LLC — were represented by Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski, both with the Grand Rapids office of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan.

"The new location is ideal for the company, as it will allow them to provide on-site storage and fulfillment for their clients’ branded merchandise, as well as the ability to add equipment and team members," Wisinski-Rosely said in a statement.
