Noble Co. acquired by Cleveland manufacturer

BY MiBiz Staff Friday, February 19, 2016 11:08am

SPRING LAKE — Noble Company, a manufacturer of membranes and shower elements for the plumbing and tile industry, and freeze protection for fire sprinkler systems, was acquired by Cleveland, Ohio-based Federal Process Corporation, according to a statement.

The acquisition comes as Federal Process attempts to add additional products and manufacturing capabilities to its portfolio of companies.

Executives do not expect any management changes to occur within Noble Co. as a result of the deal, according to the statement.

Grand Rapids-based BlueWater Partners advised Noble on the deal.

“We will be able to leverage a much broader sales, marketing, and operational expertise with our team to create a bigger competitive advantage today and in the future,” said Lynnette Bloomberg, executive vice president of Noble Co.

Federal Processes currently operates three other manufacturers, including Gasoila Chemicals, JB Products and FedChem.
