LANSING — Grandville-based I.T. firm Trivalent Group Inc. has acquired fellow I.T. provider, East Lansing-based KI Technology Group, according to a statement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal is aimed at bolstering Trivalent Group’s statewide presence, particularly in areas of providing managed services and cloud hosting.
“Dependability and world-class customer service define what we do at Trivalent, and the team at KI Technology has demonstrated those same core values every day for more than three decades,” said Larry Andrus, CEO of Trivalent Group, in a statement. “Given KI’s many high-profile clients that span multiple sectors, this acquisition is an exciting development and a major step forward for our company. It will further strengthen our customer service and expand our ability to provide innovative new services for our clients.”
Trivalent Group employs more than 80 full-time workers and has offices in Grandville, Battle Creek, Mt. Pleasant, Traverse City and East Lansing.
