Trinity Health and four surgeons recently filed a lawsuit against Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan, claiming they allow the market’s largest orthopedic practice to essentially hold a monopoly over procedures in Kent County.
Managing Editor Andy Balaskovitz appeared on WOOD-TV8’s “Daybreak” program this morning to discuss the lawsuit’s claims as well as OAM’s response.
