Grand Rapids could soon be home to a new cidery. The city’s Planning Commission today approved a special land permit for Spring Lake-based Vander Mill LLC to open a production facility, taproom and restaurant at 505 Ball Avenue NW, near the Grapevine Wine and Deli.
